Current~ Responsible for the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency. ~ Develops and implements S.O.P.s to streamline processes and enhance operation efficiency.~ Actively engaged in the interviewing and selection process for new candidates.~ Manages ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the SWC website, enhancing user experience, optimizing performance, and ensuring up-to-date content. ~ Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, and development.~ Creating visual designs for a variety of media, including print, web, mobile, and social media.~ Overseeing the production process, including reviewing proofs, testing layouts, and providing final approval before release.~ Conducting research and staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and design tools to improve design quality and efficiency.~ Collaborating with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the quality and accuracy of their work.
