Used threading techniques to allow concurrent processing of data. Was also pigeonholed as the web services guy, something I don't mind at all. Created a Windows service to connect to a debit card web service.

Facilitated communications with impacted stakeholders from interdisciplinary projects teams, utility companies, and road construction contractors.
