My practice is concentrated in commercial lending, commercial real estate and general corporate law. My lending practice focuses on the representation of institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in the drafting, negotiation and closing of C&I, asset-based and commercial real estate credit facilities. Additionally, my commercial real estate practice is concentrated on the representation of clients in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial properties as well as landlords and tenants with respect to the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements covering all asset classes including industrial, retail, office, flex, technology and restaurant space. I also serve as outside corporate counsel to my privately held business clients assisting them with respect to entity formation, drafting of joint venture agreements and other entity documentation, general corporate governance matters as well as mergers and acquisitions.
