I started learning and experiencing human resource management in college and found my passion. Through my co-op experiences and jobs post-graduation I have been able to keep my roots within HR while working across several different industries. Through my experiences I have honed my project management ability to create and implement talent management solutions that enhance the employee and manger experience within a Fortune 100 organization. By applying a customer-centric mindset, creating strong relationships with business leaders and talent partners, and taking a data-drive business analytics approach, I am able to develop talent strategizes and programs that help people embrace today and confidently pursue tomorrow. I achieve this by continuously improving on my existing skill and developing new skills.
