Currently serving as a Field Services Manager for Macy’s, I direct 15 IT specialists and professionals who are accountable over all IT infrastructure throughout two call centers, the company’s HQ, HR facilities, and nine national store locations servicing approximately 6000 employees. Additionally, I build, foster, and maintain strong business relationships with internal customers and partners to bolster business operations efficacy throughout my assigned business units. Just a few of my most significant accomplishments/contributions here to-date include:✘ Receiving “Make Magic Now” award for demonstrating excellence in leadership through championing migration of credit operations to CITI through acquisition of credit operations.✘ Optimizing staff productivity and customer engagement via development and implementation of key IT policies, procedures, and process improvements that significantly reduced workload and maintained user efficiency.✘ Reviewing performance and subsequently driving improvements thereto through mentorship and coaching of six previously underperforming personnel.

Through my role as a Senior Network Engineer at Axcess Financial, I spearheaded the research, analysis, strategy, design, and implementation of high-performance QoS-enabled back-office network infrastructure. This entailed owning engineering and optimization efforts for infrastructure including a cloud-based production system, VoIP, and video communications. Additionally, I designed and rolled out zero-downtime architecture for an enterprise-wide network infrastructure with multi-node private cloud production, a global retail store footprint, E-Commerce sites, B2B networks, mobile computing, a call center, VoIP, and video.My biggest contributions/accomplishments here include: ✘ Successfully integrating networks systems during complex corporate acquisition.✘Designing edge network for 1.2K+ Check n’ Go retail locations throughout 28 states.✘ Leveraging Cisco and Check Point networking tools and strategies to develop core network design for corporate headquarters with adherence to PCI compliance standards.✘ Administrating and maintaining Cisco networking infrastructure for ~2K sites in five countries.

At Tyler Technologies I owned directorship-level management of all IT operations for the Appraisal and Tax division. This included leading, negotiating for, and maintaining key relationships with several vendors. I also directed internal IT staff members and third-party consultants through daily operations and for the delivery of numerous key projects. Through this engagement as an IT Manager I directed the operations of a datacenter and large systems infrastructure for 25+ store chains across eight states, including WAN, VPN, Exchange Server, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and backups. I managed an integral data warehouse project providing access to data, storing approximately $300,000,000 in sales for approximately 10,000,000 transactions. Additionally, I provided and led direct support to stores and our corporate HQ for POS and ERP systems with multiple millions in sales and transactions.Significant contributions and accomplishments include: ✘ Cutting data communication failure rates by 80% for stores through design of more effective data transfer processes.✘ Driving vast improvements in internal corporate communication by implementing intranet site in MS SharePoint.✘ Migrating data from VMS server to SQL server to ensure improved data warehouse access.

Here I oversaw all IT operations and functions for Gatiher’s music label and bookstore while building and maintaining important relationships with key vendors. I also directed personnel and consultants through daily operations and new initiatives and the maintenance of workstations and various servers throughout several office locations. Company had very little technology in place and role was to provide them with some cost-effective ways to utilize technology to improve corporate efficiency.✘ Provided their first computer systems and network through purchase and implementation of hardware and Windows for Workgroups.✘ Improved inventory and payroll systems by migrating from paper to Microsoft Access.✘ Publicized company by design and development of the company’s first website.✘ Increased design capabilities through implementation of CAD system.
