Hey there, My name is Matthew Fraser. I have 6+ years of Project Management experience with a sprinkle; well a bucket-load of other skills. I have helped lead 20+ projects to completion by being heavily involved in logistics, recruitment, evaluations and training. While I'm sure there are tons of amazing individuals, there are a few things that make me unique. I'm a self-starter. I never suffer from the bystander effect. I will always be willing to take the lead. I do so while empowering the people I work with. I am competitive (I hate and forever will restructure losing), but 'getting there together' is my key attribute. I'll bring that attitude to all the clients I serve.
