I am also responsible for mentoring the sales team on best practices and technical methodology for generating new and existing accounts. In this role, I work with the Business Development team to help evaluate veterinary hospitals and practices for potential fit with the Heart + Paw acquisition strategy. Responsible for introducing the target to Heart + Paw’s unique operating model, gaining an understanding of the hospital owner’s exit strategy goals, and positioning Heart + Paw as the preferred buyer.Highlights from this position include:• Successfully generated 10 qualified leads per month.• Grew the acquisition pipeline by $57M from June 1st 2019 - February 1st 2020.• Had an email open rate of 65% and click rate of 5% in campaign sequences.

In this role, I Identified and contacted veterinary hospitals to utilize and accept VRS products into their hospitals. I also used my industry knowledge to educate doctors and staff members on benefits of VRS products.
