In this role, I work with the VRS sales team to help foster partnerships at the corporate, hospital and retail level to help grow the VRS brand. I am also responsible for mentoring the sales team on best practices and technical methodology for generating new and existing accounts. Highlights from this position include:• Successfully generated 3-4 new accounts a month.• Negotiated an agreement with a distribution group in the Philippines

In this role, I work with the Business Development team to help evaluate veterinary hospitals and practices for potential fit with the Heart + Paw acquisition strategy. Responsible for introducing the target to Heart + Paw’s unique operating model, gaining an understanding of the hospital owner’s exit strategy goals, and positioning Heart + Paw as the preferred buyer.Highlights from this position include:• Successfully generated 10 qualified leads per month.• Grew the acquisition pipeline by $57M from June 1st 2019 - February 1st 2020.• Had an email open rate of 65% and click rate of 5% in campaign sequences.

In this role, I Identified and contacted veterinary hospitals to utilize and accept VRS products into their hospitals. I also used my industry knowledge to educate doctors and staff members on benefits of VRS products. I was continuously reviewing the product performance with my participating veterinarians regularly and taking corrective action when needed to increase sales and practice revenue.Highlights from this position include:• Increased the B2B sales in my territory by 160%.• Manage and help train new hires to our inside sales team.• Innovate and develop new strategies to increase sales for our team with tools such as Adobe sign, ⠀Mixmax and additional outreach software.

In this role, I was selling VRS products in B2C sales to achieve and/or exceed target goals through veterinary education, promotion, and communication of VRS product guidelines. I also answered inquiries and information about VRS supplementation program as recommended by the veterinary care provider.Highlights from this position include:• I exceeded quarterly sales quotas and set the benchmark for the team routinely.• Mentored and guided new hires to the team.
