My maritime finance practice focuses on representing clients in single-lender and syndicated loan facilities, lease and leveraged lease financings and vessel sales and acquisitions of both second-hand tonnage and new construction. I work regularly with multinational owners and operating companies, structuring foreign and domestic operations and counseling clients on management and compliance issues. I advise clients on regulatory matters before the U.S. Coast Guard and Maritime Administration, citizenship qualification, Jones Act issues, vessel registration under U.S. and foreign flag, and on general issues facing domestic and international maritime operations. My trade finance practice focuses on representing financial institutions participating in Ex-Im Bank's guarantee and insurance programs.
