CurrentMy practice primarily relates to public finance, bank lending and development matters. I represent clients as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, lender's counsel, credit enhancer’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel. I have participated in both tax-exempt and taxable financings, including general obligation, revenue and leasehold revenue bond issues, as well as lease-purchase transactions and other financing mechanisms. I also assist Thompson Coburn’s corporate clients with various financings, mergers and acquisitions, and have participated in numerous structured bank credit financings for health care and higher education institutions.For many years I have represented parties in matters relating to nonprofit corporations, including health care facilities, educational institutions, affordable housing developments and other public benefit organizations.
