Matt is responsible for engagements to review and improve clients’ operations, strategy, analytics, organisation, MI and technology, as well as developing innovative new products/services. Matt drives innovation in the Collections Technology market through working directly with vendors/clients, increasing capabilities and enabling better outcomes for customers. Matt has extensive experience of Technology and Collections and Recoveries: Systems Selection, Implementation, Migration, Arum Excellence Assessments, Change Management Programmes, and Business As Usual operations. He has extensive knowledge of a range of Collections Systems including all established systems and new entrants / innovative technology. He has worked with clients on vendor selection processes; Collections Visions; Business Analysis; test strategies and scripts; regulatory compliance; and Customer Centric, Multi-Product and Multi-Brand system implementations.
