Was engaged by an appointed Trustee of the United States Bankruptcy Court in the District Of Minnesota to direct the preservation of data and infrastructure in a high profile corporate bankruptcy proceeding. Collaborate with the bankruptcy Trustee to maximize the value of the estate. Responsible for: Strategic planning, data preservation and investigation, infrastructure consolidation, vendor management, security and audit functions, management and maximization of IT assets.

Overall responsibility/leadership in all aspects of IT operations with P&L/budgetary accountability as high as $2 million annually; hire/evaluate/mentor/develop staff; lead the efforts of technical staff and an internal workforce ranging from 5 to 10 along with a select group of external consultants. Planned/directed successive ERP migrations while building an architecture/enterprise system infrastructure that created business technology/IT structure to catapult this firm’s growth. Apply cost effective strategies; used creative outsourcing concepts that reduced IT costs for website hosting, spam/virus functions, Sprint WAN services; assembled a select group of independent consultants/specialists to ensure best practice in minimal time in implementing necessary upgrades/migrations. Interacted with attorneys and owners; negotiated multi-year/multimillion dollar contracts.
