Through Merrill Corporation I created banking presentations for CIBC, Rothschild North America, and Oppenheimer. The presentations were done in PowerPoint, but required a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Photoshop. I also edited and updated the manual for the company's job tracking and billing software.

I created financial presentations using Microsoft Office and Photoshop. I also wrote and edited application-specific technical manuals. Clients included Merrill Lynch, The Blackstone Group, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Rothschild North America, CIBC, and Oppenheimer.

At Desktop Solutions, I trained graphic operators on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel in a small, classroom setting.

When Morgan Stanley updated their PowerPoint presentation template in 1999, I was called in as part of a small group of trainers to train operators and bankers on how to use the template. The training was done one-on-one as well as in small groups. When Morgan realized how well we understood Microsoft Office, our duties were expanded to include general training on PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
