Private Label Sales Manager
CurrentResponsible for achieving sales and market share goals in the North American CPG sector by cultivating relationships with customers and develop winning long-term strategies in traditional brick & mortar as well as eCommerce sectors, while leading a lean and highly effective sales team that now includes international import business for multiple facilities in the Andros Group global• Collaborate with other departments to establish achievable annual sales volume and revenue budget; support $135M of domestic and $90M of imported annual business.• Lead and support the sales team directly as well as taking a non-silo approach to lead outside of my team and learn invaluable cross-department insight to improve my sales abilities and market expertise. • Maintain a constant visual on the market to identify market trends supported by data to achieve expertise in my sales arena. • Customer focus mindset to develop long-lasting lucrative partnerships.• Identify synergy opportunities, develop strategies and execute to market.• Grow current accounts while strategy identifying and landing new accounts.• Meet directly with Customers; travel to their office multiple times a year, work to have them on site with the manufacturing team regularly, and have constant virtual and phone conversations.• Navigate through pandemic and validate market pressures in recent years; execute multiple waves of price adjustments to achieve favorable percent margin as well as have double-digit percent growth YOY.
