They also held 13 professional development lessons for 285 Squadron, Group, & Wing commanders to clarify Service-level guidance affecting 568 units.Developed schedules and directed staff actions in a two-week, headquarters-level exercise meant to improve command readiness for great power competition. The team of 23 members crafted 7 major milestones for staff problem solving between the major command and three subordinate numbered air forces. Analyzed staff tasks using qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods; developed after action report for GO-level use and program improvement.Directed a cross-functional team of 14 staff members including attorneys, financial managers, logistics support experts, and air operators to ensure range access for the major command’s F-35 training program. The team modernized an agreement with Air Combat Command to comply with federal law and Department of Defense policy, while assuring airspace for fifth-generation fighter training, as well as saving $845K and reducing total AFRC cost by 47%.

Directed personnel, training, and safety programs to satisfy US national military objectives.Led a GO-directed no-notice operation. Launched the mission in less than 24 hours.
