On a team of 4 including the IT Manager, one other Network Specialist, and one IT Intern. Did all form of IT for a non-profit spanning the whole Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Duties range from managing helpdesk using the ConnectWise suite to setting up and rolling out a new corporate network using Cisco Merakii. Amount of users in the business are approximately 75 plus about 20 partner including, but not limited to employees in a few different state agencies and development regions. Notable projects include: Complete Office 365 roll-out in 3 months. Making sure partners that are not on our internal private network still have access to use the printers that are on our internal private network. Assisted on 4 office relocation/renovations.Phishing campaign and awareness training all for free
