Handled any and all aspects of anything youth (5th grade - 12th grade) related. With an average Sunday, seeing around 175 students and 15 volunteer leadership, we had a great time when we were all together. From mentoring students and leaders, teaching, meetings, activities, mission trips to Haiti, etc...you name it...I was right in the middle of it. During my time at Calvary Chapel Salt Lake, I was involved in several misc. activities and had multiple responsibilities which included:- Thrift Store Opening - Helped create and log expenditure tracking- Bookstore Manager - In charge of all bookstore operations. Considered a turn around project for the church to create a new atmosphere.- Shroud of Turin museum curator - Oversaw and was in charge of creating a museum, in church, dedicated to the Shroud. It's quite impressive.

All aspects of overall daily operations. I operated several different theaters within budgets created. Customer satisfaction was always met. I was in charge of training and maintaining company policy of all management and staff. During my long tenure at Cinemark, I was successful at creating an atmosphere where people enjoyed coming to work. Daily duties included: scheduling, budget forecasts, payroll, inventory, finances, deposits, staff training and other misc. operation responsibilities.I achieved top theater, out of 300+, in the company for raising income in the concession stand for product sold. I was also selected for the President's Gold Club, which selects the top theater managers to be spotlighted.Promoted to 5 different theaters over my career which increased responsibility with each promotion
