I work with clients to understand problems, identify opportunities, explore ideas, and refine solutions through a collaborative design process. I create high-fidelity prototypes to guide development and flexible design systems to maintain consistency at scale, while supporting clients to build lasting capability within their own teams. As the senior designer specialising in accessibility, I help to shape and promote NearForm's approach to inclusive design. Acting as a subject matter expert and consultant to both colleagues and clients, I aim to translate technical standards like WCAG into pragmatic advice grounded in user experience.
