Having completed my HSC in 2015, i completed both my Certificate III & IV Disability Individual Support whilst working in the hospitality industry in a variety of roles in both cafes and restaurants as well as completing my work placement with Northcott, Coffs Harbour. In 2017, i joined Northcott as a Disability Support Worker supporting customers in both the Everyday Life-skills & In Home and Community settings. Having worked in this area for 5 years, I looked to transfer my skills to another area of the Northcott team and spent 6 months in a Recruitment Officer role before securing a fulltime position as Recruitment Consultant working regionally from Coffs Harbour and am part of Northcott's fun and highly driven recruitment team who work to make a difference in the lives of others.
