Current- Respond to departmental staffing needs for construction management and construction admin teams- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of construction managers and administrators- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for team members- Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment and culture within the department that mirrors and augments corporate initiatives and culture- Assign construction department resources to internal and external clients based on the project's requirements- Monitor workload and capacity, adjusting team assignments and priorities as needed to ensure balanced and efficient resource utilization- Report on construction market trends, technologies, and changes to internal stakeholders- Run construction projects in the capacity of an IDS Construction Manager
