Key responsibilites include;• Manage critical assets in the facility to ensure no unplanned disruption to the client’s data centre operations• Maintain the 24/7 integrity of the data centre and meet all contractual obligations• Develop and write complex work instructions• Assist with the development and review of policies, processes and plans to ensure operations are carried out safely and without interruption to equipment in production• Assist with large scale complex projects in the facility to improve efficiency, redundancy and capability of the data centre• Plan and co-ordinate electrical installations in Computer Rooms to assist our stakeholders complete IT projects• Conduct quality control and reviewing processes on all documentation produced to ensure high quality standards are met• Liaise with stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure the data centre operations in accordance with contractual obligations
