• Under the Health Plan Administrator, coordinates all lines of business needs for AHF's Medicare (PHP) and MediCal (PHC California) Health Plans.• Providing direct coordination and support of a billion-dollar organization from its grassroots days to its current multi-state funding work org. • Serves as the primary coordinator for all health plan needs; interacting with multiple departments – individual contributors to high level executives to execute provider network documentation.• Coordinates with administration to update the plan's provider network and submits and requests new membership within California and Florida.• Works directly with vendors: printing, design, mail delivery, materials fulfillment.• Updates and manages the provider network directories. • Advance level excel experience with daily use for provider network and member directory updates.• Specializes in managed care data on a provider level in an everchanging healthcare environment.• Provides assistance to the managed care department in administrative needs in fulfilling accurate documents to be sent out to members.• Ensures members are provided welcome letters and follow-up notices in a timely manner.• Serves as interim Administrative Assistant and Member Services Call Center member as needed.• Provides recommendations to the plan administration in coordination with all health plan activities.
