• Designed and launched vendor management portal.

• Led the Business and Architecture solutions on all Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) related proposals.
• Led the development, support, and ongoing maintenance of DMV enterprise product suite, creating the first-in-class enterprise-level DMV Solution.
• Coached and mentored team on the overall DMV solution.

• Responsible for new product development, client management, business requirements definition, system designs, business process definition, quality assurance, training, and implementation of the first-in-class total.
• Successfully implemented the DMV enterprise solution for the State of Iowa.
• Completed certification of the America Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) structured test.
• Participated in the sales process for the State of Montana that resulted in the contract award.
• Coached team members through the requirements definition for the implementation of the driver license and records management portion of the motor vehicle solution.
• Completed knowledge transfer of business and product subject matter to new team members.
