CurrentOver the course of 40 years Maureen has been successful as a business woman in the corporate world, hospitality industry, and a volunteer her community through non-profit organizations. As a coach for the Adirondack Youth Hockey Association, and her dedication to her three children and six grandchildren, demonstrates her value of community, hard work, customer service, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit.Upon graduating from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Business in New York, New York, she started a corporate career on Wall Street. Maureen eventually moved from Wall Street to Sesame Street and finished out her career with the Children’s Television Workshop. During her time in the corporate world Maureen would supplement her income in the food and beverage industry which allowed her the opportunity to develop other skills that aided her success in other areas of her life. Her decision to leave the corporate world came from her feeling that raising her children was the most important job in the world. Maureen has a passion to inspire and help others in the area she calls home. Without knowing anything about hockey, she volunteered to be a coach. This was a challenge that she conquered earning her the nickname Coach which has carried over into her roles in the hospitality industry. Maureen currently serves on the board of Lake George Region Women for WIN, a non-profit organization that assists local women and their families in need.Maureen also has a passion for knowledge and learning new things. While working for Sesame Street she continued her education at Fordham University as well as LaGuardia College, which helped her advance in her job. She also attended SUNY Adirondack as an adult student received a degree in Media Arts Social Science and was inducted into the Phi Cheta Kapp Honor Society.Maureen’s experience and passion to help others makes her a great person you can rely on to help you find your dream home or property
