In the event of discrepancies, I proactively liaise with vendors to facilitate corrections and provide thorough documentation.After confirming the accuracy of costs, my responsibilities extend to initiating payment requests for approved costs and invoices in conjunction with the finance department. This involves detailed follow-up coordination to ensure accurate disbursement. The final stage of this process involves the seamless transfer of payment vouchers to our suppliers.
