Hello! My name is Mauren, and I hold a University Higher Technician degree in Foreign Trade. From 2010 and for approximately 4 years, I carried out responsibilities in a Venezuelan shipping company, working in the customer service area in collaboration with international shipping lines and their consignees. Additionally, I actively participated in the development and implementation of standardized process manuals. Starting in 2017, I decided to take on a new role at BI Worldwide Latin America, a company specializing in the development and management of employee recognition and incentive programs. Since then, I have taken on roles and responsibilities in the customer service area, which is the common thread among my most extensive work experiences. Engaging in activities in such different companies has allowed me to understand closely the importance of dealing with customers and to be much more knowledgeable in managing their needs.
