As a Grayce Project Analyst I worked at AstraZeneca as part of Internal Controls within Q&C. My role as a SOx tester concerned the ongoing legal requirement of AZ to adhere to section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and included;• Project Control - Responsible for testing SOx Control Compliance on high and medium risk applications for instances such as Change Management, User Access and Computer Operations within AZ IT & Maintain and update SOP documents and communal SharePoints. • Data analysis – Using test scripts to analyse data populations and evidence and report application adherence. • Communications – Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and support team staff to obtain the necessary data required to complete Control Compliance testing.
