Responsible for daily security operation as assigned including physical security, Risk analysis, emergency planning and crisis management support and incident management etc. in protecting UBR guests, TMs, property and information. Manage and coordinate guard team to deliver vigilant and effective security service/measure to the UBR locations, Ensure Guard team perform their duties as instructed by written post, protocols and SOPs. Implement and drive UBR security culture and strategy, ensure effective deployment of the strategy through working with site leadership and guard team. Plan, coordinate and conduct investigations of alleged and suspected violations of UBR policies including theft, fraud, damage, hazard and disciplinary actions as required, engaging all relevant stakeholders and leading investigation conclusions. Draft, Audit and review emergency scenario and scripts. Coordinate and conduct all type drills including fire/high risk area/rides malfunction evacuation, anti-terrorist and clients in danger etc. through collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve the given goals. Responsible for implementation of protective technologies including access control system, Security badge system, Security alarm system and CCTV. Projects to install new systems and upgrade existing systems. Strengthen cooperation with fire authorities through undertaking the role of liaison department and promoting fire law and regulations as well as tasks decomposition and fire grid responsibility/management. Establishment and maintenance for the liaison with relevant local government authorities for security support.
