1. Responsible for all aspects of dealers performance under assigned geographical areas. 2. Coach and direct dealers to achieve sales targets, increase market share, as well as coach and help dealers to improve profitability. 3. Responsible for showrooms management and dealers staff management; responsible for the direct supervision of dealers working process improvement, and of ensuring dealers operation compliant with Company standards.4.
