I was responisble for optimizing and developing Nedermans entire supply chain, or at least be the "overview" guide between company functions. This included projects as optimizing purchase order handling to larger projects like renewing and modernizing the purchase function, involving people ranging from vice presidents to material planners and handlers. All projects and work was oriented around KPI improvement, such as service level and stock value.

Started as a Sales assistant, BTB telemarketing, during first year at LTH. Managed to get and lead project in sales process dynamics, to more effectively tailor sales offers to customers. Later I received a project about optimising the creation and distrubution of specified product information. This lead to an internet tool that lets the user choose, order and create customer specific product catalogs. As a Centre Manger I was directly responsible for the day to day operations in a EF language school destination. This involved everything from accomodations, education, actvivities and food.
