I am responsible for creating social media content and photographs of the brewery's taproom, events, new beer releases and any announcements. The photos or content is then shared on the company's social media pages, website and advertisements to promote and spread word among network of craft breweries and customers.During packaging, myself and another team member, sanitize and fill 16oz cans of product, one can at a time. After filling and sealing each can,I label each can individually then organize to 4-packs and then into cases. After organizing each case for taproom or distribution, inventory is logged. Also will weekly sanitize each used keg for the brewery from distribution accounts and taproom. This includes organization, disinfected, sanitize and then run each keg through our keg washing machine. After each cycle, I again sanitize and organize each keg by size( Sixtel, Quarter and Half barrel.) to be filled. While in the taproom, I handle all customers request and drink orders while answering any possible questions about specific brews or future events. This is all while maintaining a calming atmosphere and attitude at the location and ensuring a tidy and friendly environment.
