5 years working as a field clinical Engineer, has allowed me to learn how to service and maintain a large variety of medical devices.Progressing from a btec level 3 in 'Electronic and Electrical Engineering', I naturally fell in to a clinical environment as it is deep rooted within my family.In my time, I have been part of many NHS contracts along with a couple of private contracts. Helping deal with audits, backlogs of PPMs and repairs. My most noticeable contract was to work alongside Galliford Try on Tristan Da Cunha, the most remote inhabited island on the planet. During this once in a lifetime opportunity, we travelled by ship for over 10 days each leg. Living on the island between 6 to 8 weeks, we installed and tested every medical device in the new 'Comogli Healthcare Centre' to meet the grand opening target date. Using the knowledge gained from my variety of contracts I have become a well rounded clinical Engineer, with vast experience for my age. to just name I few, I show qualities of commitment, willingness, hard work, reliability and maturity. I am eager to continue growing as a person in and out of my career, with my sights set high.
