Max is a highly competent Project Manager who has worked on the delivery of an extensive range of projects including education, commercial office fit outs, shopping centre developments, high rise residential and airport refurbishment projects. Through his experience he has developed strong project management skills which include communications skills, stakeholders management, project planning and programming, program management, document control, report compilation and presentation, tendering, contract administration, and on site coordination skills. Max is very diligent in the way he carries out his daily tasks. His proactive attitude and willingness to take on extra responsibilities makes him an asset on any project and to any project team. He readily takes over day-to-day activities on projects and can carry them out with the minimum supervision from senior staff. His background in Economics and Finance provide a strong analytical framework when making critical decisions. In addition to his practical experience, Max has gained a Diploma in Project Management which he completed with the ‘Distinction’ grade.
