I am responsible for overseeing a group of remote employees, delegating projects necessary for the program and ensuring timeliness and quality in the work they complete. I also manage communications for the program and send out weekly emails about important announcements, reminders, and pay schedules. Lastly, I correspond with and interview new applicants and give my recommendations for hiring to my supervisor.

I managed a team of employees to ensure projects and specific tasks were being completed efficiently and thoroughly. I created daily schedules for the employees to follow, prepared documents for their tasks, and provided the supplies necessary to complete their shifts. After each weekend, I was responsible for collating their information and reporting it to the proper entities as necessary. As the financials coordinator, I was also responsible for purchasing any supplies needed for the program and maintained the program's budget for the fiscal year.

I monitored several student organizations in various classrooms to confirm proper reservation documentation as well as ensure each organization was abiding by university classroom policies. I also reset classroom furniture and restocked supplies at the end of the night to prepare for future class instruction.

I also spearheaded efforts to hold company-wide intern gathering events to connect interns from other departments to each other.
