Collected raw data of approximately 2000 policies that are in collections that have been making payments, and correctly format the information into three complete reports to apply those payments. Draft and sent loss runs, certificates of insurance, waivers of subrogation and other pertinent information to both customers and to fulfill external agency requests. Capably used LexisNexis to manually pull motor vehicle reports and find DMV verifications and ALIRT errors, and to determine whether or not to start, stop, or change automatic EFT payment information for customers. Coordinated the quick correction of misapplied payments to provide a positive customer experience.Fulfilled subpoena requests for declaration pages, applications, and requested documents by communicating with agents to gather needed information.
