Project Director
Current• Lead team through new market feasibility assessments, site selection, preliminary design, approvals/permitting, engineering, procurement and construction processes;• Negotiate and administer contracts for Due Diligence, Engineering and Construction;• Drive completion of key project deliverables and milestones; Support team to ensure timely achievement of commercial operations/occupancy;• Engage subject matter experts (colleagues & consultants); solicit input and delegate tasks appropriately;• Interface closely with Owner’s Field Director: review schedule progress, monthly billing, quality concerns, change order requests, and any matters that may require escalation;• Nurture relationship with Lender’s Independent Engineer by providing regular updates regarding status of schedule and budget, quality, performance acceptance testing and other requested information;• Manage the Owner’s interests at the highest level; escalate issues if necessary and coordinate senior management responses to critical issues;• Support team to enhance neighbor, community and other stake-holder relations through intentional, proactive engagement; and• Guide transition to the operations and maintenance (O&M) phase.
