Performed the Pre-opening and opening of the Homewood Suites Warrington/Doylestown. Flawless Tripadvisor postings for the three years. Currently placed number one in Bucks County for Tripadvisor.Winner of the 2013, 14, 15 Connie Pride Award for top 30 hotels in the brand for overall hotel performance.Received an award for excellence in quality for achieving 6 consecutive Outstanding scores on our quality assurance inspections by Hilton.Received 6 quarterly awards for being in the top ten in the brand for service, and accommodations, and F&B.

Responsible for manageing the property and assisting with the renovation and flag change. Responsible for maintaining service and revenue during hotel conversion. Converted from a Best Western to a full service Holiday Inn while running as an independent hotel for one year. Maintained property scores in the 90's, occupancy percentage above 80 for the first 1.5 years after conversion until moving on to the Homewood Suites.

I assisted with the hotel pre-opening and opening in 2006. Performed general operations of the hotel working closely with the Front Desk. Maintained very low cost and maintained high scores and revenue for a little over the 3 years I was there.

Started working as a front desk agent and quickly advanced to supervisor. After two years I advanced to Front Office Manager. Worked closely with the assistant general manager until the removed that position. I assisted the general manager forward in maintaining customer service scores and quality. I assisted with renovation process and maintained quality while the hotel remained open.
