A member of the Corporate and Tradeshow Services division of PRG, supplying technical production support to exhibits, tradeshow associations, and corporate events on a national scale.Responsibilities and Skills:• Building quotes for prospective clients through collaboration with concept artists, technical designers, and account executives.• Maximizing production value within budgetary guidelines set by the client.• Provided technical insight to clients with extensive knowledge of rental products and their application.• Coordinating a network of skilled technicians, both union and freelance, to fulfill production roles on show site.• Established and maintained production timelines with clients as well as third party contractors.• Arranging rentals and custom fabrication from outside vendors to meet specialty job requirements.• Worked within PRG network of Project Managers and Account Executives to organize and execute jobs locally and across the country.

As a member of the Asset Management Team I have had the opportunity to be a part of the daily responsibilities that make possible the distribution of gear amongst our clients and intercompany depots. Through constant communication with sales, production, and shop departments the flow of equipment is closely monitored and scheduled to maximize inventory utilization. Additional responsibilities include: • Assisting in equipment rental coordination with clients and other regional depots• Resolving issues with equipment tracking/management systems• Responding to intercompany equipment requests with the allocation of available inventory• Analysis of gear sourcing options to minimize capital expenditures and increase return on rentals• Assisted in the implementation of National Asset directives towards daily practices• Efficiently working within the proprietary PRG inventory management software

General maintenance and improvement on existing lab space, equipment, and computer systems. Worked with fellow lab managers and advisors to host events exposing new students to the program and the types of tools they would be learning to use in the lab. Member of teams to visit Cal Poly Alumni and Industry events to promote the major and it's benefits.
