CurrentResponsible for the day to day running of the Beatson Café.Responsibilities include:Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered.Menu creation. Liaising with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and produce to ensure maximum profit. Staff training.Managing volunteer activity within the café.Producing risk assessments and operating plan to ensure compliance with Food Safety legislation and Covid-19 guidelines.Managing system changes and till updates using Maitre'D back office.Food preparation and service. Stock management and rotation. General daily tasks.Line management of staff.Emotionally supporting patients and family members throughout their cancer journey.
