Leading a team of Production Specialists, I carry out management directives in a positive and influential manner. I participate in problem-solving processes about scrap and misprocesses to improve operational efficiencies. I also lead the support training of Product Specialists to ensure high levels of standards, utilising line management skills to facilitate workflow, and achieve line balance.
