Nokia Academy Demonstrator
• A Nokia Academy Demonstrator plans, develops and directs the marketing efforts for Nokia models and services. • Responsible for the coordination of activities in production, sales, advertising, promotion, research and development, marketing research, purchasing, distribution, package development, and finance. • Was immersed in the different fundamental trainings to further enhance one’s knowledge and skills about the retail selling framework considering the different services and model units that are available.• Collaborated with the consumers pertaining to significant insights to ensure that the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.• Being a NAD is also associated to being a brand ambassador.• Analyzed market, consumer, and competitive information to develop and execute innovation platform pathways, product innovation and renovation thus maintaining brand leadership.• Created brand awareness to boost up sales through offering information and high quality services to the buying public.• Performance and knowledge are tested every now and then through written and practical examinations.•Ensures that steps are undertaken so that quality to lead is maintained and measures sales to progress against leading indicators to guide management in decision making.• Knowledge sharing with retail staff .• Develops and continuously evaluate/adjust promotional and advertising activities to maintain brand relevance.• Delivered innovative ideas for marketing approaches
