Delivering it globally for a multi-million audience made this challenge one of a kind.Prior to joining Twitch, I led a team which designed and implemented text search experience for Amazon Music. We delivered a new version of search experience as well as a completely new spell corrector. Our team built ML based ranker solutions for better discovery music on Alexa devices.

As Senior Engineer in Advertisement Management team, I created architecture and lead implementation of major re-platforming of sales order placement system. My team successfully delivered first version of self-service platform which allowed advertisers to place orders without interactions with account managers and significantly reduce workload and cost of sales force in the company.

As a director of engineering at an early stage startup, I built a team ground up and laid a strong engineering culture foundation. Our engineering team grew to over 30 engineers. We built a cutting edge media platform utilizing machine learning to implement language understanding, entity extraction, text classification and search. The most spectacular part of the platform was dynamic pricing models which reacted to customer behavior in order to price content right. I led the engineering team in migration to cloud and developing products from prototype phase till beta launch.
