Worked in a group of 3 interns to develop a frontend application as a service for BAI. Produced analytics tool to summarize hundreds of articles in a report to ~5-8 relevant graphics using Python. Furthermore, discussed frontend application revamp with BAI's main design team to narrow down 4 potential redesigns to one. Designed the redesign with Figma and coded in Reactjs and Python.Over summer, utilized this portal to not only gain insight on improvements but to also scrape hundreds of research articles related to cancer and big data/drugs and therapy to generate 2 reports.

2019: Focused on back-end of webdev; started translating previous python api's to node.js, specifically the authentication and login process. Created sign up functionalities, adding email and password to the database.2020: On-boarding process consisted of learning Vue.js, a language similar to Reactjs which made it much easier to learn. After understanding the whole project and each specific components, assigned me to create and polish a specific component. Created a news component in the dashboard page of the website, where users can see new articles based on their interests that'll either be on the site or redirect them to the original new article's location. Also created infinite scrolling functionality to prevent too many news articles from cluttering the dashboard page.2021: Created a mobile version of the website's video conferencing feature. Using react native, allowed cross-platform compatibility not only on different mobile devices, but also between phone and browser. Focused on the main functionality of the phone application, allowing camera and microphone features (include camera on/off, mute/unmute). Also highlighted current speaker on the application screen.
