I am a customer service and automotive professional with approximately 10 years of diverse industry experience across technical diagnostics, maintenance, workshop management, sales, service advisory and fleet management, as well as risk and pricing analysis. I am commencing my Cert 5 in ICT, with the ultimate goal of permanently transitioning my career into the IT & Professional Services Industry in 2022 within a hybrid role where possible. I have gained knowledge and expertise across a wide variety of transferrable IT and Customer Service skillsets and am seeking an entry level or traineeship where I can utilise my past experience. It would be advantageous to be able to join a fast-paced and supportive environment that will mentor and support me to achieve this long-term career goal and potentially promote growth opportunities in the future. Over the past 5 years I have also invested significant amounts of my own time into IT hardware and software as a hobby and am excited to transition this passion into a long-term career outcome.
