- Engineering Department Head – Continue leading the Engineering Team as before. - Security Lead - This is one of the most important areas of development for HE&M saw. The tasks include determining the frameworks to conform to, developing the chosen standards' attestations and policy. These standards include working towards CIS group 2 compliance, PCI-DSS A and C.- IT Lead - The IT team consists of 3 people, from sysadmins to developers and support team members. The team is responsible for spearheading an MRP system's internal development for internal use and developing custom reporting and applications for the ERP in place.

- Engineering Team Lead - The tasks include leading the mechanical and electrical engineering teams consisting of 14 engineers in total, project management for new designs, and custom equipment (1,000,000+ US$ projects). Projects include the design of new machines and technologies, R&D, continuous improvement assembly and manufacturing improvement, automation, remote programming with monitoring capabilities, industrial robotics, safety analysis, and certifications. - International Business Partner Support - Work with current and develop new international business partners in Italy, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom. Worked remotely as a controls programmer while in graduate school. This included operating as remote support for service technicians, while also helping to develop the current generation of controls known as the CTS(1) platform. The job also includes improving the robustness of the program as well as research and development of new control systems for the saws. Summer 6 - The job consists of improving the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing facility at HE&M Saw. The task was to create a better manufacturing flow of parts for the assembly of the saws. During the internship, I had to do a plant flow layout with another engineering intern. (The plant flow analysis was used to improve the flow down at the manufacturing facility)

Summer 5 - Market Research - Helped conduct market research for the southeast Asian market to determine if it is cost effective to build a plant in Thailand.Summer 4 - Designed with another person a new type of band saw for production. We designed the arm, base, and an integrated feed table to reduce the cost by using existing parts and building methods.
