Clear Communication between the Customer, Manufacturing Plants, and within the corporate office is key as a Customer Service Representative as you are the main point of contact for all three. Created a project and along with planning multiple SOP’s ranging from process mapping our Railcar ordering system to integrating individual customer SOP’s allowing high level service to be provided by any Representative in the department. Actively involved in a CRM roll out program that will carry over multiple phases for general adoption across the company.
