As an architecture intern at CSO I got the opportunity to participate in site visits, coordinate with members of projects teams, and work inside of construction document sets. During this internship I gained the skills and understanding to be able to take a project from schematic design into design development and then a finished construction document set. I worked primarily inside of education projects at the firm and was able to work on a range of projects with many different people which allowed me to gain insight into different work flows and preferences.I also became very comfortable with my work flow inside of Revit during this internship. Everyone who I worked with at the firm taught me a little something resulting in me being able to work effectively and efficiently inside Revit.

My experience as a cashier at the Fresh Market put me in front of customers at all times. I've gotten to learn and practice a lot about how to make a customer's day better.

At Lowes I was doing a lot of heavy lifting. I spent most of my days this summer lifting bags of mulch, rocks, and dirt into people's cars. This gave me a great appreciation for the more physical side of the labor force.

With Bed Bath and Beyond being my first job location I learned a lot about helping customers and working as a team.
