Recruiting partner to the TMT and Real Estate Strategy practices, as well as the People and Finance functional teams within Strategy, from Senior Associate to Director levels. Also recruited for the Restructuring, Procurement and ESG teams.

Part of both the Chief Revenue Officer Practice for Enterprise Software (conducting searches for CSOs, CROs and their direct reports, including marketing, sales, customer success functions) and the Professional Services Practice.

• Worked with the same Partner at CT Partners/DHR, Heads! International and Boyden, working on searches for $3B+ global retail/CPG/ technology clients.• Completed searches include: CFO, SVP Corporate Development, GM Argentina, Country Manager Korea for $1-5B+ public companies; VP Finance, VP HR for $5B global brand; China Country Lead and APAC Market Director for global companies.• Owned and project managed search process end-to-end – extensive research to identify candidates, engaged and qualified candidates against client requirements, generated client reports, wrote candidate assessments, conducted reference checks, participated on (and occasionally lead) client update calls, offer negotiations, post-search candidate check-ins, trained and developed new team members.• Consistently recognized for positive candidate feedback, and short cycle times.

• Conceptualized and developed an executive recruiting program that better meets the needs of experienced students and alumni, including creation of website content and speaker programs.• Repositioned and marketed the MSx Program to drive record engagement with search firms, VC firms, companies.

• Built the operations team and corporate functions of an early stage startup. • Controlled $3.5+ million budget and managed investor communication.

• Provided executive support and project management for Chairman, including nurturing relationships with portfolio companies, public boards, limited partners, media, and philanthropic involvements.• Entrusted with significant decision-making authority, given Chairman’s 80% out-of-office schedule.• Directly supervised 1 admin, and indirectly managed the global admin team to support the Chairman’s activities.• Orchestrated the annual limited partners meetings, and several major events, from concept to execution.• Responsible for the firm’s public relations efforts and reduced the sponsorship spending by over 50% via strong negotiation. • As Office Manager, planned, designed and established the San Francisco office. Hired support staff and managed office budget. Built a unique office culture where the consultants sought to be staffed.• Promoted to Business Development Associate. Managed business development pipelines, identified opportunities, and conducted competitive research.• Member of an internal consulting team to evaluate the firm’s market strategy. Recommendations were embraced and implemented by management.

• Conducted market research, wrote business plans, and assisted in fundraising for clients in technology, medical devices, and financial services. Quickly developed understanding of industries and companies.• Participated in a joint venture negotiation process with a Chinese telecommunications company by ensuring that translations were done correctly, and that there were no cultural misunderstandings.• Frequently provided interim administrative, office setup, and hiring support to executives of startup clients.
