I often get caught up in overthinking whenever I am asked to sum up who I am or what I do. Probably because there are so many layers. First, I am a freelance writer. Writing has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Starting with poetry and creative writing then expanding to teaching and creating my own blog. Second, I am a health foodie and herbalist. I have been developing recipes and herbal blend for holistic medicine for the past 3 years. I love to inspire people to heal themselves with “Gods medicine” In that, I create meal plans and herbal tonics which can be found on my website! Third, I am a black spiritualist! I study the history of African American spirituality. I also share the things I learn in order to help the black community grow spiritually. I have a deep passion for empowerment and breaking the chains of spiritual confinement. I have accepted it as my duty and responsibility to educate my clients so that they know where they come from in order create spiritual goals.
