Alc/ American Language Center Officer
CurrentI am privileged to serve as an Officer for the ALC Program, a transformative initiative funded by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC). This program exemplifies the Department's commitment to youth economic development in Jordan. Managed by Amideast/Jordan in partnership with three esteemed local organizations, we are dedicated to empowering thousands of Jordanians across Ma'an, Mafraq, Irbid, and East Amman.As Program officer, my primary responsibility is overseeing the operations and strategic implementation of four American Language Centers. These centers will not only enhance the English language proficiency of participants but also cultivate their cultural awareness and foster peaceful exchanges of ideas. By equipping individuals with these invaluable skills, we aim to create abundant opportunities for meaningful employment, career advancement, and expanded cross-cultural understanding.Together with our team and partners, we are committed to delivering on the program's objectives, making a lasting impact on the lives of Jordanian participants and their communities.
