I am the CEO of Kids in Philanthropy, a not for profit organisation that supports young people in need through equipping the next generation of philanthropists to donate their time, talent and treasure.

I provide coaching and consulting services with a focus on unlocking the potential of individuals and organisations for impact. My coaching is primarily for those in the impact space or who want to move into the impact space, including social entrepreneurs. My consulting work is primarily across impact measurement, learning and program design, grant writing, design thinking, marketing and communications, supporting organisational learning and development, and facilitation.

I am the Deputy Chair of the Foundation of Young Australians' Board of Directors. In this role I contribute to organisational strategy, high level planning, and vision setting. I also chair the Program Design and Evaluation Committee.

As the Head of Education and Capability Development I was a member of the Social Impact Executive Team and responsible for designing and overseeing initiatives to help individuals and organisation design, measure, deliver, and communicate their impact. I managed a team who delivered several initiatives including the Social Impact Fellowship, the Scaling Impact Accelerator, advisory services to the Snow Foundation Fellows, skilled volunteering partnerships with Macquarie Foundation and KPMG, social innovation experiences with PwC and EY, and Impact Measurement Courses with the Australian Scholarships Foundation. I was also responsible for designing and delivering the Social Impact Hub Playbook with online modules on impact measurement, strategy development, and impact investment.

Coralus is a global community of radically generous women transforming the way we finance, support and celebrate female entrepreneurs who are creating a better world. Since launching in 2015, 3000 women Activators in three countries have collectively loaned out $3M to support 32 women-led Ventures. In this role I was leading the organisation's product and growth. This includes the development and iteration of our products (across community, learning & technology), our impact framework, and our growth and sales strategy. I also recruited, onboarded and supervised the team to execute on our product and growth strategy across the country and developed and managed key organisational partnerships. My achievements included successfully empowering over 2,000 young women through Academy of Enterprising Girls during the Covid-19 pandemic, developing growth and mindset resources to help students be school-fit and build resilience during the pandemic, helping launch the Teens in Business competition, co-designing the PlanetA.Schools Program, and managing the transition of $20 Boss from Foundation for Young Australians to Young Change Agents.

I worked with the UTS Business School with a focus on the Masters of Management and the Centre for Business and Social Innovation. I was supporting the movement of content to a new learning management system and ensuring the content is effective, engaging and coherent. I was responsible for enhancing the student experience and ensuring the Masters of Management creates ethical, responsible and authentic leaders.

As the Manager of Entrepreneurship Education I led a team of staff and facilitators to develop, deliver and scale entrepreneurship education initiatives and events. This involved developing and updating educational content in collaboration with academics, students and partners. I also led cross and inter-university partnerships and funding applications, and developed and managed key industry partnerships. I was also responsible for overseeing relevant events, marketing and communication. My achievements included the development of the UTS Startups Internships Program, the UTS Entrepreneurship Toolkit, the UTS Open Introduction to Entrepreneurship Module, successfully securing scholarships for students to travel overseas to develop their entrepreneurial capability, and the introduction of a subject to allow students to get subject credit for working on their own enterprises.

This role involved the coordination and design of two programs: STEAMpunk Girls Program and Hatchery DIY. I was responsible for content design, developing new partnerships, staff and project management, coaching participants, and overseeing marketing and event logistics. STEAMpunk Girls focused on educating young women about STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths), supporting them to create their own business ideas, and empowering them to participate in the innovation conversation. Hatchery DIY was an education program that offered a hybrid of online content and face to face learning experiences that equipped students and alumni with the skills, contacts and practical experiences they needed to succeed as entrepreneurs.

In this role I was responsible for coordinating the delivery of mental health programs at UTS. This included significant program and event coordination, stakeholder liaison, and volunteer recruitment and management.

In this role I was responsible for coordinating several different initiatives and programs including the faculty volunteering team, high school outreach programs, on campus events, and a female mentoring program. This involved:- Managing volunteer recruitment, onboarding and ongoing coordination- Designing and managing Collabor8, a Federal Government funded initiative providing multi-touch point STEM learning experiences for 360 young women across Sydney - Stakeholder management with new and existing industry partners, volunteers, staff, mentors, schools and educators - Design and coordination of educational learning experiences for students and teachers including school visits, practical activities and TeachMeets- Management of bi-annual event with 300 students travelling to UTS to participate in hands on activities and be inspired by engineering and IT- End to end management of FEIT Female Mentoring Program - Creation and execution of communication strategies for all initiatives
