Portfolio Management-I have assisted the credit team in early monitoring of the portfolio at risk by contacting clients to regularize their accounts on time.Credit Admin-Here i am involved in credit adminstration processes like,credit application,credit enquiries, responding to customers queries promptly,and responding to headoffice credit admin correspondence among other things,I also assist the branch bancassurance team in data mining for renewal of insurance covers and making referals on products like IPF.

Offering services at the enquires desk,advising customers on the best products depending on their needs,attending to the call centre to answer clients queries,Document management,cheque truncation,payment and receipt of cash/cheques from clients,customer service/crossselling and handling customer complaints.

Attend to student/parent queries, by advising them on students information,like fees structures,courses offered and enrolment procedures ,I also managed the Univerisity's call center and assisted in administrative work like filing etc.
