Managed a team of product managers building platforms, tools, and services to accelerate the experimentation cycle for our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) engineering teams. We partnered with multiple engineering departments (AI, Robotics, Simulation, Systems, Infrastructure), product operations, and data science teams to prioritize and deliver products that improve the end-to-end AV software development workflow. This workflow enables a continuous learning cycle for our AV teams via on-road event diagnosis, data mining and labeling (Ground Truth), ML model development, and integration testing (in simulation and via road driving). By combining AI/ML capabilities with user-friendly developer tools, we sped up and improved the quality of insights obtained at each step of the workflow. Scaling and accelerating our experimentation workflow is critical to launching Cruise's self-driving rideshare service and beyond.
